The seat of arbitration shall be North Carolina, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Colab regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
