How does the free trial function?
Colab Webinar offers a free trial period during which you may use all of its outstanding features. Before your trial ends, we'll let you know so you can choose whether to sign up for a paid subscription or let it run its course.
What is included in my subscription?
You can quickly set up, deliver, and monitor sizable webinars and online events with up to 750 people when you buy a monthly or yearly Colab Webinar package.
How can I terminate my free trial?
Go to the My Account page after signing in and canceling your premium subscription plan there. Turn Off Renewal and Yes, Turn Off Renewal should be selected. Up to the conclusion of your subscription month, pre-paid service will be available; after that, your plan will not renew.
What should I do if I have a billing question?

How do I terminate my paid membership?
Sign in and navigate to the My Account page to cancel your paid subscription plan. Turn Off Renewal and Yes, Turn Off Renewal are the options. Pre-paid service will be available until the end of your subscription period, at which point your plan will no longer be renewed.
